This is an unforgettable project. The homeowners had moved out of state and due to busy jobs and a large family to take care of, they didn’t have the time or energy to figure out what needed to be done to this home in order to sell it. I stepped in as a project manager, exterior designer, then general contractor hiring out and managing sub contractors, then near the end an interior home stager for the pool house.

I’m beyond grateful for the trust the family put in me to prep this home for sale from start to finish.

It was inspiring to see the progress and ultimate transformation. Due to living out of state, the family selling the home didn’t see the changes until we received the professional RMLS listing photos.
